Basketball team Partizan Belgrade

My today’s blog is about best basketball team in Serbia, „Partizan Belgrade“. The team is formed on 4th Oct 1945 and it was a military team. In first years it wasn’t quite successful, so it didn’t have many fans. The things changed in the late nineties when the team had some very good results. Partizan was already the club with most champion titles in the former Yugoslavia. In the year 1992, although it played just one game in Belgrade (others were played on neutral ground), Partizan won the Euroleague, the most reputable league in Europe, and so it became one of the European creme de la creme basketball teams. In the last few years Partizan is very respected and feared club in Europe, especially because of the atmosphere in his Pioneer Hall. The “Pionir” is always full when European teams come on a match. Partizan has won 30 titles so far, and 7 of 15 domestic championships titles are in the row. And all Partizan fans (including me) expect the 8th title this year under coach Dusko Vujosevic.

Morpheus (mythology)

Morpheus (Greek: Μορφέας, Μορφεύς, "he who forms, shapes, moulds", from the Greek morphe) is the Greek god of dream.
Morpheus has the ability to take any human's form and appear in dreams. He is the son or brother of Hypnos, the god of sleep. Nyx (the goddess of night) is his mother/grandmother. The brothers (according to Hesiod) or sons (according to Ovid) of Hypnos — the Oneiroi — are rulers of visions, and include Phobetor (also known as Icelus), and Phantasos.
Morpheus is spoken of in the Metamorphoses of Ovid. It is also believed that in the Iliad he is spoken of as "Dream." He is also referred to in Edmund Spenser's The Faerie Queene (1590). He sleeps on an ebony bed in a dimly lit cave, surrounded by poppy flowers. According to Ovid, Morpheus concentrated on the human elements of dreams, his brothers Phobetor and Phantasos being responsible for animals and inanimate objects, respectively.
Morpheus sends images of humans in dreams or visions, and is responsible for shaping dreams, or giving shape to the beings that inhabit dreams. Phobetor made fearsome dreams (etymologically related to "phobia" from the Greek φόβος "fear"). Phantasos produced tricky and unreal dreams (hence "fantasy", "phantasmagoria", etc.). Together these attendants of Hypnos rule the realm of dreams. Morpheus also had special responsibility for the dreams of kings and heroes. For these reasons Morpheus is often referred to as "Morpheus the Greek god of dreams" in superiority to his brothers.
The drug morphine (once "morphium") derives its name from Morpheus based on its dream-inducing power.

genetic engineering

I think that genetic engineering will play an important roll in the future. Whit genetic engineering we can heal a lot of illnesses. But also we can make a perfect child will be the future but if we all were perfect we wouldn`t have any personility. The world will be faster and more perfect but the single person will not be importent any more. But this science must not gett in the wrong hands because you could play Good. When we use it for food that we make stronger and better, we do they right. We can do somthing again femine, and this is the right way.

Canada is the motherland of the hockey sport. Some Canadian students from Montreal brought the popular sport to the ice and set the main stone for the modern hockey sport. The sport gets popular in Europe .Ice hockey is the national sport in winter and the most popular sport in America. The most popular ice hockey league is the NHL (National Hockey League). The female ice hockey league is named National Woman's Hockey League (NWHL)

The Canadian ice hockey team is one of the best hockey teams in the whole world so ever at the female world cups. The team of mans has won 4 of 5 Canada cups, 7 gold medals at the Olympic Games and 24 times the world cup. After the world cup in the year 2005 they where on the first place in the IIHF- World list.

Austria short News

Fire in nursery school
Friday 7 o´clock morning a fire broke out in the nursery school Steinburg. The firebrigade didn´t knew the reason. No children were in the building at this time.

Car accident 2 peoples died
Whednessday lunchtime a car broke out of the street and flow in the river donaukanal. The driver was promtly death and a woman died in the hospitalone one time later.

Thursday evening a ungar fell in a cleft and couldn´t help himself. He called the police. The mountain resue saved the very exhausted man and brougt him with the helicopter in the hospital neunkirchen.

Angus Young

Angus McKinnon Young is the lead guitar in the band "AC/DC". He was born 31.march.1955 in Glasgow. He have 6 older brothers ( one is Malcom Young who is the rhytm guitar in the same band ). When he was young he moved with his familie to Australia. The Young´s love music, sometimes they met and made some music. One day he took Malcom´s guitar and begann to play guitar. He learned it by himselfe. Angus spend all days by playing guitar, after school he ran first to the garage to make some music with his friends. With 15 he left the school to work for his own guitarquipment. One of the first bands he played were called Tantrum. The audience loved him, because of his movements like the "Duck Walk" (from his idol Chuck Berry),"The Bob" and his "spasm" (=he throws himself to the ground, kicking, shaking, and spinning in circles, while playing the guitar). This moves and his schooluniform made him legandary, and also a symbol for AC/DC. Black Ice which was realeased on the 17.october.2008 is the twentyfirst record and I would not be the last. This year AC/DC is going to make an open air tour.(24.may.2009 in vienna)
