Coucerning: Complaint

Dear Department Chief,

the previous week i bought a HD Television and I thought it's a
good device.But since yesterday i can't turn him on and that's the reason why
I'm asking for a solution. I don't know what to do either to take the defective
device to the shop or some of your Service Team to come to my place.
I'm waiting for yout recently answer!
